Product Catalogue
Our software provides a comprehensive product catalogue allowing for an unlimited amount of rich product information including picture galleries, key features and explanatory text. The flexible product grouping allows you to place a single product in multiple locations or groupings, increasing its coverage and searchability. The ability to place items in ranges or collections allows you to up sell and cross sell.
The system supports size and colour variants making the creation of products such as clothing and footwear very simple. Prices can be maintained within the system or by price file feeds from existing systems.
The system enables users to specify best sellers and linkages such as “People who bought these also bought these” all tools to increase the average basket value or give surplus stock an extended sales push.
You will also be able to specify the way the system behaves when dealing with low or out of stock items, these may be made unavailable for sale or have an increased lead time e.g. stocked items may be displayed as “usually shipped within 24 hours” and out of stock items as “usually ships within x days” or “”not currently available”
Web Site Content
Our user-friendly and highly functional Content Management System gives you complete control over the content of your site, enabling you to keep all information accurate and current. The system enables you to create new pages, promotional pages, amend which products are featured on the home page, and control where products appear across the site.
The Banner maintenance facility allows you to create your own banners and include them anywhere on the site. All text based pages can be maintained using a straight forward editor similar to Microsoft Word, ensuring that all key customer information stays up to date.
Promotions
The built in promotions management module allows you to run multiple parallel promotions, each one intended to attract customers and to increase average basket value. The module will support a range of promotions such as:
Multi-buys e.g. 3 for £20
Multi-buys allow the user to select one or more products to be included in the promotion, when the customer purchases any 3 of the products included in the promotion the system will combine the products and set the price to the specified amount, in this example £20.
BOGOFs e.g. buy 3 get 2 free
BOGOFs allow the user to set up a promotion which will automatically add the free items to the basket when the required number of items are purchased. This promotion allows you to specify the buy quantity and free quantity.
Money off e.g. £5 off
Money off allows the user to select one or more products which when purchased will be reduced by the discount amount. The discount can be set up in £’s or as a %.
Bundles e.g. Buy x, y and z for £100
Bundles allow the user to specify a number of products which when purchased together will be priced at the fixed price specified.
Free delivery e.g. Free delivery over £75
Free delivery allows you to specify an order value over which the system will remove the delivery charge.
In addition to clearly displaying basket savings, our intelligent software prompts customers to take advantage of current offers by highlighting any promotional products purchased where additional purchases will trigger promotional savings.
Stock Management
The system has an optional integrated stock control module allowing you to record all stock movements, create a warehouse with preferred put away locations and perform periodic or wall to wall stocktakes. This module ensures that all stock is fully tracked and all transactions are recorded with the user id of the person completing the transaction.
The complete visibility of stock enables you to decide whether items out of stock are made available for sale or not. Items sold which are out of stock are immediately placed on Back Order, giving clear visibility of items that need purchasing to fulfil customer orders.
The system allows for the sale of pre-release items ensuring that they are made available for picking and dispatch in time for the official launch date.
Fulfilment
In our present business climate, where service levels and reputation are vital components to ensure the success of your business, we understand that the fulfilment of goods plays a crucial role in the future prosperity of your company consequently our software incorporates a comprehensive pick, pack and dispatch facility.
Once sold, products are immediately available for picking in real-time, consequently orders can be dispatched just minutes after being placed.
Our sophisticated pick creation algorithms advise you of the most appropriate pick configuration ensuring maximum efficiency. In addition you can dynamically create pick waves or if required use the ‘pick by order’ function.
Customer Contact Management
The customer contact management module ensures staff have up to date visibility of the status of each order, search mechanisms mean that customer records are accessed quickly. Configurable customer contact queues generate outbound call lists or check lists to be actioned by contact centre staff.
Carrier Tracking
Integration with carrier systems and intelligent barcode tracking ensures all dispatches are logged in the system and automatically associated with the carrier consignment number giving visibility of customer orders through the carrier network.
Returns
Easy to use returns processing ensures that replacements and exchanges become high priority for re-dispatch, whilst the workflow system ensures that refunds are managed efficiently through our integrated returns processing facility.
