Once sold, products are immediately available for picking; therefore orders can be readily dispatched just minutes after being placed. PPD enables operators to create pick waves based on a number of criteria; single or multi line orders; order date; number of order items, etc., to optimise the efficiency of picking staff and enable prompt order fulfilment.
Complete Order Traceability
Intelligent barcode tracking ensures all dispatches are logged in the system and are automatically associated with the carrier consignment number to give visibility of customer orders through the carrier network.
Customer contact management
The customer contact management module ensures you have up to date visibility of the status of each order. User friendly customer and order search mechanisms mean that customer records can be accessed quickly.
Integrated Returns Function
Easy to use returns processing ensures that replacements and exchanges become high priority for re-dispatch whilst the workflow system ensures that refunds are managed efficiently through our integrated returns processing facility.
Management Information
The system provides a broad range of standard reports to give you an overview of your stock and order situation. These reports can then be exported into Excel spreadsheets to allow analysis of data.
